What is peace?

Peace is within.
To find our peace we must find ourselves
To do this we must ask ourselves, how honest we are,
Our thoughts are a big part of us
Many judge our moods
Deeds and actions are what make our character,
The character within us is the inner person.
We often try to deceive ourselves by making excuses
We cannot fool our higher self.
God knows all. To find peace we must find ourselves

Come my friends come with me unlock your fears your worries your hopes and
dreams

Be at ease allow yourself this time to relax and be as one with pure light
energy.

Can you see the stars shining brightly in the evening sky imagine you are as
one with the stars relax , relax , relax this is your special star, it is
there for you. Reach high to the light and find your inner peace for peace
is within your star, your dream, your time just to find contentment. Nothing
can hurt you. Allow your mind to be free, open. Your heart tells your star
all about your longings your worries, your fears. Your Guardian angel is
there with you, do not be afraid.

Breathe in pure thoughts and on your outgoing breath,

Breathe all your worries and doubts away

You are safe with your unfolding thoughts.

When you are ready, take your time come back to your earthly place, feel
your feet upon the earth

Remember whom you did wish to see.
